Below you will find the official Return & Refund Policy for 9 Lives Illustration.  Because of the digital nature of our products, generally we do not off refunds.  We do reserve the right to overturn this policy at our sole discretion on an individual basis.  If you are unable to use your product or unhappy with a product or service provided, please do get in touch so that we may provide support and/or work toward an acceptable resolution.

Thanks for shopping at 9 Lives Illustration. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at 9 Lives Illustration. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at 9 Lives Illustration, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

Refunds

We at  ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that 9 Lives Illustration is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

  • We DO NOT allow returns on sold products – online or in retail outlets.
  • We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – be they online or in retail store.
  • We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
  • We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.

For International Orders:

  • We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns.
  • If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
  • Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.
  • If you face any issues, please contact our Support Team immediately.

Our assets may not be used by political, religious or cultural organizations that discriminate against any of the above mentioned classes.

9 Lives Illustration assets or products may NOT be used commercially or otherwise to promote any type of misinformation, conspiracy theories or otherwise false or misleading information, products or services.

It is NOT permissible under any of our licenses to redistribute, resell or share any original files contained in any of our products or to create any derivative works based on 9 Lives Illustration artwork, products or assets for the purpose of redistribution, resale or sharing. Copyright of all assets is retained by 9 Lives Illustration in all cases.

License FAQ

Can I use purchased assets in more than one project?

For Free and Standard License purchases you may use the assets in multiple projects as long as those projects fall under the acceptable uses of the license you purchased.  For extended licenses, the assets may be used in multiple projects provided the TOTAL sales of any physical or digital products do not exceed 10,000 copies and that the end products all conform to the specific terms of our Extended License allowed uses.

Can I use purchased assets in my mobile app, web app or game?

If you have purchased a Standard or Extended License you may use the assets in a mobile app, web app or game provided that the user base is under 250,000 users for Standard Licenses and under 1 million users for Extended Licenses AND provided that the app or game does not allow end-users to access the 9 Lives Illustration assets or allow users to create other end products with 9 Lives Illustration assets.

Can purchased assets be used by multiple parties within the same business or organization?

Free and Standard Licenses do not allow for multi-seat use, however with the Extended License you may use the assets for up to 5 users or employees within the same business or organization, provided all of the other terms and limits of the Extended license are met.

Can I use purchased assets in physical or digital products for sale?

Can I order a customized version of a product, additional file sizes or types?

Absolutely! Please get in touch via our contact form and provide some background information on your project, budget, timeline, and licensing needs, and which product if any you’d like to have customized.  We will do our best to provide a custom solution that works for you!
